Breakfast at The Wilder Townhouse is a relaxed and generous affair, designed to ease you gently into the day. Served each morning in the Garden Room, guests can choose between a freshly prepared cooked breakfast or a beautifully presented continental selection.

A vibrant breakfast table is laid each morning, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, pastries and house-baked breads, including the Wilder Townhouse’s signature Guinness soda bread. Beautifully arranged bowls, fresh compotes and seasonal ingredients create a colourful buffet-style spread that invites guests to help themselves and start the day at their own pace.

Alongside this, the kitchen prepares a range of cooked favourites to order, from the Full Irish Breakfast to Eggs Benedict or brioche French toast for a sweet start to your day. Breakfast at The Wilder Townhouse is best enjoyed slowly, with good coffee, good company and the morning newspapers close at hand.

Irish Provenance

The Wilder Townhouse places a strong emphasis on Irish provenance, sourcing ingredients from trusted local suppliers who share a commitment to quality and sustainability. Breads are baked in-house each morning, including the house’s signature Guinness soda bread, while the kitchen favours lighter cooking methods, with dishes oven-baked rather than deep-fried.

Produce is sourced from some of Ireland’s finest suppliers, including Quigley’s Family Butchers for premium meats, Keelings for fruit, vegetables and free-range eggs, La Rousse Foods for exceptional dairy products, and Atlantis of Kilmore Quay for the finest seafood — ensuring each dish reflects an authentic taste of provenance.

Light Bites

Light bites at The Wilder Townhouse are designed for those in-between moments, when you’re not quite ready for dinner but something delicious feels like a very good idea. Served in the relaxed surroundings of the Garden Room, the menu features fresh seasonal favourites and wholesome comforts, including cheese and charcuterie boards, Wilder soup of the day, house made fresh salads and toasted sourdough favourites.

It’s ideal for a midday pause, a late afternoon bite, or a chance to refuel after a day of travel before heading out to explore. With many of Dublin’s best restaurants just a short walk away, guests are encouraged to step out and enjoy the city’s dining scene — but for those evenings when staying in feels just right, the light bites menu makes it very easy to do exactly that.
