This was my first trip to Ireland. The Wilder Townhouse looked to be the perfect place to anchor my travels and it did not disappoint. The accommodations were first class. I appreciated all of the little details from the impeccable restoration to the clever book of 42 Haikus. Thoughtfully prepared breakfast in the cozy dining room provided room for reflection as I planned for the day ahead. The staff was kind, polished and professional. The location was far enough away from the busy streets yet within comfortable walking distance of all the sights. I particularly enjoyed the tree lined streets and close proximity for a stroll down the canal pathway. Can't think of a more perfect vantage point to enjoy the magical city of Dublin. Kudos!

Have to say lovely quiet townhouse hotel in nice part of Dublin near aminitys like Grafton and Camden st, accommodation was excellent everything in room that you could ask for, Rebecca in bar that evening very helpful, breakfast I never had a better breakfast than that before 10/10. Will be back ?

A storm struck Ireland and we had to rebook our flights only to have them cancelled. The front desk personnel were so helpful to get us another room to extend our stay and keep us from hopping room to room!

Although quite central it was an extremely quiet location. The staff were all extremely efficient, helpful and charming. We would not hesitate to recommend The Wilder.

My husband and I stayed the first two nights of our vacation and then again on our last night. We found the rooms to be very well appointed, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were delicious. This was my favorite place to stay on our 16-day trip throughout Ireland.

We truly enjoyed our recent stay at the Wilder. The friendly staff, well appointed rooms and proximity to areas in Dublin was perfect. Close enough to walk to many locations, but far enough away to enjoy a good nights sleep without any disturbances. The welcome drink and light bites available were perfect for us to relax and unwind after a long travel day.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at The Wilder immensely. Great place and great staff. Every detail in style and care, and every encounter were exquisite. Any time again. Thank you for your warm and caring hospitality.

We had the perfect stay at The Wilder for a 3-night start in Dublin to a full week in Ireland. Great location just a 5 minute stroll from the heart of the city, but very quiet. Lovely room (loved the large & powerful shower and the Ortigia products in the very stylish bathroom). Breakfast was utterly delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is well staffed with plenty of people available to provide service, and everyone was charming and friendly. Well done,The Wilder! We would certainly recommend and return.

Absolutely fabulous stay recently at The Wilder, Dublin. Staff were absolutely outstanding at making their guests feel really welcome and were attentive without being intrusive. We had a lovely check in and the complimentary G&T was a lovely touch. These extras are few and far between now unfortunately. Our room was excellent. The added extras like the chocolate, chilled water, crisps and the turn down service really made us feel like appreciated guests. We certainly haven't experienced this level of service and care for a long time and that wonderful genuine hospitality made us feel like we can't wait to return. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. All staff so caring and attentive and we really felt like we were looked after by everyone that we met. We genuinely cannot wait to stay again. It's a beautiful place and we commended all staff and management for providing such a wonderful experience to their guests. Well done to all! ?

We had a lovely stay at The Wilder! The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. I would 100% stay there again!

We had the best midweek break. The room decor is just so cute and the little touches make the stay even better. Perfect location for a city break. Easy to walk to most places and very close to the Luas Green line.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the quality bedding was appreciated. It was also nice to have the complementary snacks in the room. The breakfasts were exceptional. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend that bathrobes be available upon request. It was nice to have the welcome, gin and tonic when we arrived, however, one woman in our group disliked Guinn, and when she asked for an alternate drink, she was offered only The choice between two soft drinks. The waitress was intractable about offering any kind of alcohol option, such as a vodka tonic I thought that was unfortunate and kind of put a bit of a pall on the welcome gesture. We did appreciate your assistance in booking transport from the hotel to Killarney. premium chauffeurs did not disappoint.

Enjoyed a 5 star stay at The Wilder. Staff were fantastic, warm, friendly and informative. Location is perfect and within walking distance of all the city has to offer. Highly recommend.
